As part of our overall strategy to identify, manage and eliminate risk, our corporate Risk Management Committee attends to matters of health and safety by choosing a pragmatic approach to the development of corporate policies, programs, initiatives, and training and development.

Srikanth Industries focuses on incident management with the goal of zero incidents across all of our facilities. As a direct result of this program, our Safety Index achievements—including the number of incidents and associated lost time days—have seen significant positive changes.
